North Carolina election law requires us to report the full name of the contributor, the address, occupation, and employer of any individual whose aggregate contribution exceeds $50 in an election. Business contributions are not permitted. Political contributions are not tax deductible.

Contributions to The Committee to elect Donny Lambeth are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations, business entities, labor unions, professional associations, lobbyists or insurance companies are prohibited. An individual may contribute $5,000 per election. Couples may contribute $10,000 per election from a joint account, but such a contribution requires both signatures.
All contributors contributing over $50 for the election must be reported with the full name of the contributor, the address, employer and occupational information.
